News: Snappy Reports Supports SEC’s XBRL Voluntary Filing Program

Product announcements advance the Revolution in Business Reporting

KIRKLAND, Washington, Dec 5 – Snappy Reports announced today a suite of XBRL products and educational services supporting corporate and government initiatives to utilize the emerging XBRL standard for business reporting. Snappy Filer, the company’s SEC filing tool, is designed to provide an easy drag and drop facility to public companies submitting their financial disclosure documents to the US Securities and Exchange Commission in the prescribed electronic format.
